When you generate a script, your input (product details, audience info, images) is sent directly from your browser to Anthropic's API to generate the response. This data is processed according to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We do not control or have access to this data beyond what is necessary to display the result to you.

We use browser local storage (not third-party tracking cookies) to remember your preferences, saved scripts, and onboarding status. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for ScriptKit.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Payment processors, to complete subscription transactions
• AI service providers (Anthropic), to generate script content
• Law enforcement, if required by valid legal process
