Depending on your plan, you may be required to provide your own Anthropic API key to use certain features. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your API key and any costs incurred through its use. We store API keys locally on your device and do not transmit them to our servers.
ScriptKit offers a Free tier, a Pro Monthly subscription, and a Lifetime Access plan. Pricing, features, and billing terms for paid plans are described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.
You may cancel a Pro Monthly subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Scripts, hooks, and research generated through ScriptKit are provided as creative starting points. We do not guarantee that any generated content complies with the policies of TikTok, TikTok Shop, Amazon, or any other platform. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content for compliance, accuracy, and suitability before publishing or using it commercially.
You retain ownership of the scripts and content you generate using the Service for your own use. ScriptKit retains all rights to its software, design, branding, and underlying technology.
The Service relies on third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic) to generate content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of these third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will achieve any particular result, including sales, views, or conversions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, beGlamEdIt and ScriptKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or platform account suspensions resulting from generated content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
